Here is the all-new behind the scenes multiplayer video for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.
“Learn how MW3 evolves gun progression with its new weapon ranking system. The new progression system is designed to improve specific weapon leveling unlocks (camo, attachments, reticles etc.), and features new weapon proficiencies. Proficiencies allow players to specialize their weapons with new attributes (some unique to specific weapon classes).”
MW3 will be released on 11-8-11.
Double XP Weekend for Modern Warfare 2 and Call of Duty: Black Ops

A Double XP weekend kicks off for both Modern Warfare 2 and Call of Duty: Black Ops at 10am PST on Friday, October 28 and will run until Tuesday November 1st at 10am PST!
You’ll also unlock a Prestige Token in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 for every Call of Duty you’ve prestiged in since Modern Warfare. This includes Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, World at War, Modern Warfare 2, and Black Ops. No word if it’s per prestige, or just one per game, however the latter is what it sounds like.

GameStop is running a deal where you can score MW3 for only 99 pence. Insane? I think so, seeing as what is required made me chuckle.
How it all works:
1: You order Battlefield 3 and Modern Warfare 3 from GameStop (UK) and return BF3 in the prepaid envelope before MW3 launches; you’ll be refunded the money (save for 99p), and it’s yours.

Here is a new single player, cinematic trailer, for what I’m betting will be the number one selling game of the year, and possibly of all time. Love it or hate it, COD: Modern Warfare 3 is going to be fun. It will be released on 11/8/11.
