Killzone 3 Double XP Weekend Starting Now!

The official KZ3 Blog announced that they will be offering double XP this weekend.
“To celebrate the return of the PlayStation Network and welcome you back to Killzone 3’s online battlefield, we’ve got a Double XP Weekend lined up! Starting this Friday, May 20 at 17:00 PM UK time, and lasting until Monday, May 23 at 10:00 AM UK time, all XP you earn in Killzone 3’s multiplayer matches will be doubled.”
I’ll probably hop on some if I can pull myself away from L.A. Noire.
Killzone 3 Game Night | April 14th

I wasn’t sure if I would be able to host a game night until now. So let’s try out the new maps: Junkyard & Stahl Arms. If your a PS+ Member you can get them for free! If your not you can snag them for $4.99. I know there has been some interest in a clan tournament. We just need a full team to promise they will show up at the appointed time for the match. I’ll look into this more tonight.

Killzone 3 action figures released

Series one of the Killzone 3 action figures have been announced. The figures, standing at 6.5″ high, are very detailed and have many points of articulation. You should be able to pick them up at your local video game and/or toy retailer. Photos after the jump.
FREE Killzone 3 DLC, Coming April 12th to PS+ Members

New details on the Killzone 3 Steel Rain DLC have surfaced. The DLC which is coming to PS+ Members for free which consists of 2 new multiplayer maps which have been taken from the single player campaign. First, we have Junkyard, a Guerrilla Warfare map giving you access to Jetpacks and Exoskeletons to duke it out.
Killzone 3 Operations/Warzone Game Night | April 7th

If we get enough people to show up we can do a private custom match thanks to the 1.07 patch that’s being released today. Just a reminder: every member that joins us on game nights gets points for playing. Which in turn, can be used for our portal 2 giveaway! Make sure to get all your entries in before the deadline.
