I’ll be in the PS3Blog.net PlayStation Home Clubhouse starting at 5:45 pm MST. Killzone 3 action will begin around 6 pm MST; I can play for at least 3 hours.
When I invite you to the “PS3Blog.net Game Night” text chat, please join it. It makes it much easier to communicate quickly with everyone.
If you’d like to join us, leave your PSN ID below. My PSN ID is xBerserker, but mention “KZ3 PS3Blog.net” in your PSN friend request message or I will not add you. If you would like to set up another time for a game night, you can arrange it in the PS3Blog.net Game Night Group.
Here is a live-action video to help promote Killzone 3 (well, more the franchise itself), which takes place before the war had broken out in the first place. It features two friends, one from each planet, and the obvious negative effects the atmosphere of Helgha has on its people through multiple phone calls. It’s definitely an interesting way of showing the progression of hatred toward the ISA before the war would, eventually, take place.
The Killzone 3 1.06 patch is available for download in EU territories, and weighs at 45MB. It is supposed to fixed lag issues introduced after the 1.04 patch, and it also fixes some scoring related bugs.
Gameplay footage is from the viewpoint of Ace. Thanks for recording that Ace! He played really well as usual. Hung out in the PS3Blog.net PS Home Clubhouse for a few minutes before heading into battle. Had a really good turnout again, had a pretty full squad to start out. The match above we where so close to winning! Just had to carry the battery another few feet to win.
