RAGE Behind the Scenes: The Legacy of id 1 of 6
Bethesda just released the first video in a six part behind-the-scenes series for RAGE. In this video, the team at id Software touch on pioneering the first-person shooter and creating the world of RAGE.
“RAGE features intense first-person shooter action, breakneck vehicle combat, an expansive world to explore and jaw-dropping graphics powered by id’s revolutionary id Tech™ 5 technology. Set in the not-too-distant future after an asteroid impacts Earth, you emerge into a vast wasteland to discover humanity working to rebuild itself against such forces as bandit gangs, mutants, and more. RAGE promises an experience like no other.”
RAGE is slated for release on October 4th, 2011.

The RAGE comic issue #1 is now available in comic shops across North America and the UK.
Rage “The Well” 8min Game Trailer
In ‘The Well’, Bethesda and id take you into the town of Wellspring as it’s being terrorized by a bandit clan threatening to poison the town’s water supply. The ransacked well must be infiltrated and the bandit threat of lethal contamination must be stopped.
This almost 8 minute trailer, shows us what type of game play we can expect from this highly anticipated game. Rage will be in stores Sep. 13, 2011. Video after the jump.
Blake Griffin Wants to be in Rage
Los Angeles Clippers power forward Blake Griffin, the 2011 Rookie of the Year, who was also selected as an All-Star, and won the 2011 NBA Slam Dunk Contest, now has a new goal: “to land a starring role — or any role — in id Software’s upcoming shooter, RAGE.”
This trailer is great, and shows the variety game publishers are willing to use, to promote their games.
RAGE “The Shrouded” Official Gameplay
The latest RAGE gameplay video, takes us into the Shrouded clan’s bunker with a mission to destroy the bomb caches.
This game might be the unexpected hit of the year. RAGE is being developed by id Software, the creators of DOOM, QUAKE, and Wolfenstein. It is scheduled for release in North America on September 13th, and September 16th across Europe.
