[PS3 Review] Uncharted 3 – Free To Play
Posted by Damon in PS3 Reviews / Vita Reviews, Uncharted 3: Drakes Deception on March 15th, 2013

To begin with, let me preface this by saying that I am a true die hard fan of First person shooters, or anything where i can take out my angst on 12 year-olds without a court appearance. I’ve been a fan of Mr. Drake since always and admire what Naughty Dog has brought to table as far as innovation and unprecedented gameplay.
That being said, my overall reaction to Uncharted free to play was excitement and anticipation, now the arena was to be flooded with new players and combined with an interactive gameplay style that is unmatched in the FPS world. Having spent a majority of my time with the COD series and more recently the BF series, I was hungry for something different, and Uncharted offered the competition and mash up style of COD but with the potential for depth that the BF series offered. I eagerly downloaded the free content and waited as the updates installed and the game began to load.

Uncharted 3′s First Birthday
Posted by Kane112 in QuickNews, Uncharted 3: Drakes Deception on November 1st, 2012
UNCHARTED 3 IS TURNING 1!!!!!!!! Damn that feels like a quick year to me. Not a massive fan of the 3rd Uncharted myself, though I am one of very few people that thought this would be worth mentioning.
To celebrate Uncharted 3′s first birthday, the Official PlayStation Blog has teamed up with Sideshow collectibles to do a giveaway. One lucky winner, and I mean lucky, will win a Nathan Drake Premium Format Statue produced by Sideshow Collectibles that will not be available for pre-order until January 2013. Runner ups will win Uncharted 3 Collector’s Edition. According to the PlayStation Blog, the giveaway goes live on November 7th 2013 and will run for a month until December 7th 2013, which I can only assume they mean 2012.
Also everyone that participates in the giveaway will get an exclusive first look at an Uncharted project that Sideshow Collectibles have been working on. The giveaway is international, so everyone can enter for a chance to win. For full details go to PlayStation Blog

[Review] Uncharted: Drake’s Journal by Nolan North
Posted by Oly in PS3 Reviews / Vita Reviews, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, Uncharted 3: Drakes Deception, Uncharted: Drakes Fortune, Uncharted: Eye of Indra on February 23rd, 2012
Our favorite voice actor, Nolan North, has written a book sharing his experiences on the set of Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception. Uncharted: Drake’s Journal is not a Nolan North biography; it is an exclusive, behind-the-scenes book about the creation of Uncharted 3 from his perspective. The book was published by Nolan’s company, Gamespheres.
The book is huge, measuring 9.25×12 inches, and features over 1,000 hi-resolution images, photos and artwork on 128 pages. There are also more than 50 QR codes linking to exclusive video clips, most featuring behind the scenes mocap. Some are actually pretty funny, and portray Nolan North’s great sense of humor. You can click on these QR codes in the book preview below and see a couple of them.
