We’re back and fully focused this week. The servers for Final Fantasy 14 are under maintenance, so there is no need to worry about Isli being too distracted. Though MissXya is out due to some surgery, let’s all wish her a quick recovery.
Sony had a pre-TGS showing this week with some interesting announcements. We get into that and other news on this episode, as well as a smaller dose of FF14 talk. TGS should be this weekend and we’re hoping for some more announcements, maybe even some new first party exclusives?!
Tune in and enjoy!
Welcome back! It’s tough to pry yourself away from Final Fantasy 14, now that the servers are working better, but we managed to pull off a podcast while playing at the same time. Don’t worry it doesn’t distract us that much!
PAX just happened, though there wasn’t a lot of new news out of it. It was mainly extended trailers for things we’ve already seen and a lot of hands on demos for other things. Which is great to hear that games are shaping up really well, though some new stuff would have been exciting. We still have TGS of course.
Tune in this week to catch Isli, MissXya, and me discuss the news there was as well as go on and on about Final Fantasy.
Welcome back. It’s launch week for Final Fantasy 14: A Realm Reborn and of course there are plenty of server issues to go along with the launch. Isli and MissXya had plenty of trouble trying to log in for early access.
Tune in this week to catch us discuss a lot of FF14 after the bit of news that there was. Let us know if you’re trying to log into the FF servers or if you’re waiting to purchase until they get everything ironed out.
We didn’t do the PSN drawing this week, since we were a week shy this month, but we will do it on next weeks episode.
We’ve done it! We’ve reached 100 episodes. I can’t believe we’ve made it this far as it certainly doesn’t feel like it’s been that long. At least with the 100th episode we also received news from Gamescom that the PlayStation 4 will launch in the U.S. on the 15th of November and in Europe on the 29th of November. I’ve already taken time off to enjoy that first launch week.
Tune in this week to catch Isli, MissXya and myself discuss the news from Gamescom as well as what we did on the FFXIV beta. Isli also grills Xya with a bunch of questions regarding the game, which leaves him partially satisfied.
