The 250 GB model is newer to the 120 GB one and thus not enough were packed before the holiday rush. Stores are JUST NOW receiving enough inventory both for the PS3 and the Wii. The 360 has been in great supply...

I think they're just trying to keep up with demand and didn't plan well. I could be wrong though

I can only find PS3 250gb at a couple of online stores, all local stores like Best Buy say they are back ordered for at least 3 weeks and that they are not taking anymore holds. Are they changing or fixing something? should I not buy one now and wait to see what the issue is?
