Just wondering because i've been hearing it has been messing up the 1st gen ps3's in which I own. I know a couple of my friends ps3's have messed up since then…I hope this doesn't happen to me or I will be pissed off!

yeah it killed my launch 80 gig, never had a problem before that … it's weird that FWare can kill a machine.
