After seeing the free games list....I'd expect some mixed reactions.

Like myself, who has only owned a PS3 for 5 months now, the list is much welcome! I'd love to have any of those games (sans Stardust HD).

But for the seasoned PS3 lover, I can't expect that list to offer much to them.

I agree, I actually have every game on the list already.. I'd honestly be happier if there were some cheap games available on the list too, that I don't have lol

Maybe Sony will also put several games on sale to recoup some of the lost revenue? I'd love it if they gave us a "50% everything in the PSN store for two weeks!" to drive up sales FAST. I'd get the single player DLC for Bioshock 2 and about $60 of games and DLC on day one.

Bottom line with the welcome back program is it shafts the loyal ps3 consumers. The titles are all high scoring games that the average sony player already has. This is great for people who dont buy 1st party titles and only buy cod or multiplat games but I mean how many people have not 3 if not all games on the list. The safest thing Sony could have done in terms of pleasing the consumer is allowing a selection of new titles. What sony did was a smart business decision for them but sadly it sticks it to the loyal ps3 owners. After all is said and done I wont be running down the street screaming ps3 rocks. If you look through the Sony Blog and forums there are so many upset players out there. More unhappy then happy and majority including almost my entire friends list have gone to onlive or xbox. This points to the way Sony handled the entire event. ak47

@Jason: I only own Dead Nation out of all the PS3 and PSP games listed on the program.

Completely agree.. Getting Stacked for free as a PS+ member was better than all this IMO..

Hey, thanks to "Welcome back", I managed to get 10 free games, with a chances of 4 more and this is not mentioning the games that comes with PSN+ so...

I already got "Dead Nation" but I can't decide what to next!  I already have Infamous, but I'm not a big fan fo Racers.  What is Super Stardust about?  is it like an R-Type game?  Or another of of those Geometry Wars?
