So what\'s everyones guess on how well the PS3 has been doing since the Slim has been released? I think the official numbers are coming out today at 4pm EST.

I don't think the PS3 will manage to outsell the 360 in October. I'm also glad to see PS3 owners didn't waste much money on Activision's milk machine GH5.

Wow, those stats seem to betray the link I'm about to post.  One title in the top ten isn't exactly indicative of a console that's being used for gaming.  Hopefully Uncharted 2 will do something to change that, any word on how that's doing?  I'd hope it would beat ODST, especially considering that's a glorified expansion as opposed to a full on sequel. Here's what I came to post anyway, thought some of the folks here might get a kick out of it.

the official numbers are out.

Nintendo DS — 524,200
PlayStation 3 — 491,800
Wii — 462,800
Xbox 360 — 352,600
PlayStation Portable — 190,400
PlayStation 2 — 146,000

looks like ps3 and wii sold more than those earlier numbers posted. and those earlier DS numbers were too high.
