@Eddie: Glad to hear you found the money for the 3DS pre-order! When I get one it will either be in black or silver, whatever is available.
Black and Blue are the two launch colors.
I traded in my DSi towards the pre-order. Gamestop has a special right now for 75 bucks for a DSi towards a 3DS.
Hahaha I've had a blast with DSiware. I've spent $150 on it and will probably buy another $100 during 2011. Love the bite sized games and if this is how we can get new games like Shantae or DodoGo! then I'll continue giving them my money.
yea can't do it…they are all pretty crappy games to me…same with mini's and most iphone games. I like mini puzzles or top down shooters etc…but most games are just attrocious.
As a Nintendo fan, I won't be getting this, at least not at launch. It's gonna take more than an inferior version of Mash Fighter IV and a port of one of the worst Nintendo games ever made (OoT) to keep me interested.
That, and it's too expensive for my taste. I'll wait for it to get cheaper, especially since the game I did want for it got pushed back (Kid Icarus).
Anyone see the new piracy/hombrew countermeasures?
in the 3DS TOS it points out that if you pirate/hombrew, they could brick the console if you continue to update it.
It apparently records everything you've played including pirated games, so if you pirate games and try to trade it in, some shops in the UK will not accept it.
