Well the 3ds plays all the other titles right? so if yes then its not worth holding onto the older units in the end etc. Its like the vita, it doesnt support all psp titles so its not worth getting rid of your psp in the end as it only supports whats available digitally etc. which is $$$$ priceyyyyy
3DS doesn't play all of the DS games. Its not a perfect BC. Many of the games don't work at all on the 3DS like Mario Kart online only works on a DS.
and while UMD's dont work on the Vita, mini's, digital PSOne, most PSN games do. In fact I'll personally have over 30 titles available to play the day I buy a Vita.
