you could try Craigslist for your area. That would allow for no shipping charges (but it's very risky since folks use it to rob people, etc). Maybe pawn shops (but be careful about stolen items), and used game stores (which jack up prices). eBay would be a last resort since you can't really go 'hands on' with the system to make sure it works properly
