My PS3 recently broke down. It froze up with my GT5 inside of it. Luckily my warranty still covered it so I sent it in. I also indicated in the notes that my game was inside and the tech assured me that it gets returned once it gets repaired. SO I spent the holidays without a PS and couldn't wait to get it back. I finally got it this morning BUT with no game. I called them and I got the run around and said that they are NOT liable for games. That their procedure is secure yet they stole my game??? I spoke to managers, supervisors and corporate and they all throw their hands up in the air and say SORRY no game. I only one 5 games and GT5 was my latest buy and now SONY stole it from me. Why do they have a note section and assure you that you wlll get your game back and you don't. I want to know who has gotten ripped off from Sony and if they also had to have their PS3 repair with crappy service. Am I the only that got jipped????
Now I have an erased PS3 and no game!!! I'm really upset
Sorry to hear about your experience 🙁 Did you get your same PS3 back or just a replacement PS3? Was it a YLOD?
