My favorite ever is the Spiderman and Doc Ock fight in Spiderman 2.  The train sequence one.

I couldnt find the video of it but my favorite fght is in Fight Club when Ed Norton is fighting himself

to this day, this still remains as my all time favorite fight scene, that and the end fight with the reavers.

thank you to the first poster, I love jackie chan's action scenes, definitely the best fight scenes came from those classic moveies like Police Story.
