Yes. Because in order to run Homebrew you have to hack the system first. Though some people wouldn't consider homebrewing 'hacking' or 'dangerous' per se. I know there are people out there who do things without harming others, and that's fine. But people abuse the rules and do stupid shit.

In order to Homebrow, some degree of hacking is required first. Now, hacking per se is usually used when talking about a digital attack on a server but the term IS very broadly used as such.
