It doesn't hurt. Once in a while I get one that creates a little sore bump. The funny thing is they pull out with no problem at all. They never break and they always have alittle bulb on the end so sometimes I'll bleed a little. I don't have a lot of them. Only one here and there from time to time.

There are a couple different variations of it. pili multigemini and pili multibifurcati. Both are considered rare diseases since less then 100,000 people in the world have been diagnosed with it.

it's only painful when blood stops going to certain fingers, and then i have to wait until it comes back

its pretty weird, but doctor says its harmless. 

Ya i kind of have the same thing, i just have bad blood flow so if it gets cold my fingers turn purple and numb really fast
