        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>It doesn&#039;t hurt.  Once in a while I get one that creates a little sore bump.  The funny thing is they pull out with no problem at all.  They never break and they always have alittle bulb on the end so sometimes I&#039;ll bleed a little.  I don&#039;t have a lot of them.  Only one here and there from time to time....</p>

<p>First off..I have ADHD.  I take adderall...love it....accidently took two this morning which may be the reason its come to this.</p>
<p>I also have something called pili multigemini which is the coolest name ever for the lamest rare disease.  Basically my beard hairs...</p>
