My main two at the moment are:

  • Bleach

  • Naruto Shippuden

I watch them in Japanese with English Subtitles. I refuse to watch it any other way. I also read the manga for both of these online.

if you enjoy these two anime/manga try SoulEater and D.Gray-Man ! they are both great, watched in japanese with englisch sub, and have the german mangas at home =)

I really liked Afro Samurai. And Trigun I rewatched the series with my wife and she loved it. It's only 26 eps from what I remember.
