I myself don't watch too much TV but my schedule is a bit like this:
Tuesday: Detroit 187
Wednesday: Criminal Minds
Thursday: Big Bang Theory
Friday: Smallville, Supernatural, The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson
Also I watch South Park online, since I don't have cable.

Criminal Minds and The Big Bang Theory are all I watch these days. And tbh, I usually watch them on the net and a little behind schedule. Night shift ftl
Monday: The event, How i met your mother
Thursday:Fringe, Community
Friday:Late night with Jimmy Fallon, Smallville
I don't watch TV honestly. I download or watch shows online for a few select shows and that's about it.
