My wife has one, so I use/support it a lot, but it's not my main phone.
Form Factor: Perfect. This is huge. I love the small, compact size, and the physical keyboard.
Overall UI: Awesome
Web: Perfect
Videos, camera, contacts: Great
GMail/Calendar Integration: Perfect
IM/SMS: Perfect
Games: Minimal selection. This could change of course.
GPS: Good enough to replace my TomTom, but the Android 2.0+ stuff I've seen is definitely better. I hate that Sprint Navigation and Google Maps are separate applications that don't integrate. The Google Maps app is way better at finding what I'm looking for, but I can only get the guided directions in the Sprint Navigation app, and I have to manually write down the address and re-enter in Sprint Nav.
Battery Life: Terrible. Biggest problem. I don't have solid numbers, but my wife has to charge every single day and often multiple times per day.
Glitches: Terrible. We've had two hardware problems that required us to exchange the whole handset and we have recurring software glitches that require us to restart the device. Honestly, though, after heavy use, most phones I've owned have had some glitches (my dumb phone is definitely worse: it will sporadically just shut off every few days for no reason even with a full battery).

I'm excited to see what's new for WebOS! – Countdown
Teaser Video of new device – more info
Ok, here is a replay of the event.
Info about the new devices here – http://www.palm.com/us/
All are "summer" release. But no pricing, no phone carrier, nothing! Way to hype it up and just to tell us .. umm it will release sometime in summer 2011. Only the die hard WebOS fans will wait. Everyone else will move on and forget about it.
Personally I love the new devices. I just want the Pre3 on Sprint ..
The palm pre, worst phone i have ever owned in my life. My wife and I both have one, and we have had nothing but problems with them, they have a terrible selection of apps, no support from major app developers, terrible games, poor UI. We have both gone through 2 of them my wife is almost on her thrid pre.
I called my provider and freaked out after dealing with this phone for way too long, I was given the option to get a free iphone 4 for my troubles. I never knew owning a phone could be so great, the iphone now thats a real phone!!
My pre was thrown into an electronics recycling bin with great force shattering it into a million peices, funny how that was the only enjoyment that phone ever gave me.
