I had been advocating that having an analogue stick on the Move would have great uses, but some people objected as they thought swinging around your arm while using the analogue stick is not intuitive. Yes it is not, but you are not swinging your arm that much in lots of games, at least both your hands anyway. And there are much more benefits, listed in my mini-article on subject:

Now a PC motion controller without the need of a camera has proven what double analogue sticks on a motion controller set can do: Intuitive freedom of motion while retaining the ability to dual wield, also giving motion control ability to controller in the left hand, without breaking the aiming provided by the right hand:

looks cool! and I'm with you: Sony should have included an analog stick on the Move. the problem that I see with this product you linked to is that one must be w/i 6' of the receiver, and it's not clear whether the system affords multiple players, like hte Move does, obviously. anyway, could be a cool tech.
