if you live in the US, you get a copy of Sports Champions.
if you live in a PAL region, like the UK or Australia, you get the starter disc.
Since that's what you've put, I assume you've checked, and that's what you get.
Essentially it's just all the demos that are up on the PS store. Demos for Sports Champions/Kung Fu Rider etc.
You're free to just play the demos, but it's likely you'll want to buy a game like Sports Champions, since the demo comes with the lamer of the activities I believe.
A navigation controller isn't needed often at this point in time, and you can just hold a dualshock controller instead, if you don't have the money.
A second motion controller is good if you can afford it, as it allows you to play both multiplayer games, and, for games such as Gladiator, use both your arms separately ingame (eg. 1 arm is sword, 1 arm is shield).
had a blat on Move at Betarooms in the UK this year (pre launch) - now it's out, worth getting?
