It only took about 6 hrs to play through the single player campaign, but I can see that you could play through a few times.  Visually it is one of the best games I've played...

Your rank could fluctuate on a playlist based on how well you did. That helped with match-making in the smaller play modes. Maybe I'm remembering it wrong though as I have not played Halo 3 in ages
