I loved the first one and bought the download version of bloodlines for psp last night to start working on the cross-game connectivity with assassin's creed 2 which I will have today :)

I watched a video of AC2. They said they fixed a lot of the issues that AC1 had. The game does look pretty cool. I am not sure if I am going to pick up either of these...maybe I can borrow AC1 from my friend and try it out.

Im going to rent it first from Gamefly. Only games I buy day 1 are ones that I'm seriously stoked for. Other than that, I rent from Gamefly and buy it from them for like $15 cheaper (even if the game just came out lol). For instance, the Keep It price for Modern Warfare 2 and Assassin's Creed 2 is just $45, and it has free shipping, and you get to play the game while they ship out the box and user manual.

There\'s a monthly fee tho isnt there? So it kinda washes out? And do they gurantee youll get it in first few weeks of release?

well, that's hit or miss. It's like Netflix, but they only have 4 distribution centers, so you aren't guaranteed to get it within the first few weeks, but its still a possibility. There was one game I rented and got lit like 5 days after its release date. The monthly fee is for renting the games anyway. I think its a good deal. No late fees or anything and when you buy one game or return another, they'll send out the next available game on your list as well. Although I've never used it (or compared prices), they also now accept used games you can sell them

Their used game trade-in program requires that you've been a paid subscriber for at least 3 months and unless they've changed it you can only use the credit to pay for your subscription fee. I've had a lot of success with getting new releases from gamefly. I signed back up for gamefly 2 weeks before Demon's Souls came out and because I managed my queue right I was able to get it right away. Typically takes 2 days to get to me from the Pittsburgh distribution center

Forgot to mention that I typically do most of my game purchasing through trade-ins or buying/selling games. Made a decent amount on Demon's Souls Deluxe Edition along with Modern Warfare 2 Prestige Edition. It is the only way I'm allowed to buy games right now as I am the only person with an income in my household. My wife works harder though as she stays home with our 3 kids :)

WTF? My wife and I don\'t have any kids and I am still barely ever allowed to buy games. First it has to be a good deal, and the other way that I can buy games is if I just buy it and do the following:

\"talk to my wife about something else and all of a sudden I slip in \"oh right I bought a game a few days ago, but how was your day today\"?

Shit never works though, I always get an earful...kinda funny now that I think of it.
Gamefly has some great prices but even if you get to buy it for $45 you still paid that monthly fee of $8.95 or what not so it\'s over $50.

The reviews were pretty good for this game and I have many friends who recommend it. I\'ll pick it up over the Christmas season if I see a deal that lists it lower than $50.

I still haven't bothered to finish the first one, so I probably won't get it for a while.

Finally bought this for xmas.. and just finished playing through it. Was really alot more fun than the first one, and I really enjoyed it. It did still tend to get repeatitive at the end, but the story held my interest long enough for me to finish it.

I also got it for X-mas, but it's still in the plastic. Been busy with other games I got but I'll get to it within a few weeks.
