I knew the BA points are profile.. anything shared among all the characters is I thought.. gold keys for example.. thats how that exploit works.. The challenges being on the save is probably why there were issues before..

one other item to note about copying the profile save, the BA points/ stats are saved in profile the challenges are saved on the local save, so it's possible to get a mismatch with that.

Anyone on their second playthrough in the game. I'm really like how certain levels scale. Dust being one example. Some of the quests i skipped are now twice what the quest listing shows them as, which probably needs to be fixed, but over all nice.

yah, i've been following the forum on gearbox's site regarding the BA point issue. Xbox seems to have the most problems. Somehow the main profile save is getting cleared/altered. I believe the main way to do so on the ps3 was how I described. I'm tempted to goof around one night to see if I can break...

just backup your profile saves to another psn profile daily to prevent a major headache.

yah, they've been dropping golden keys a few times a week, usually only online for 2hrs or so. They say this was because they were testing this, so i think the shift codes are going to used in a variety of ways.

just putting this out there if someone doesn't know, Randy Pitchford has been dropping golden key codes on his twitter account. The keys have to be redeemed within a certain period (not first come first serve).

would also have to note that this issue seems to be less likely on the PS3 than Steam/xbox versions from my views. Keep backups of the profile save in a different PSN profile/cloud save/ SD card if you are doing anything that could possibly corrupt the save. I've used the money swap for users, and...
