I finally broke down and bought Borderlands, and all I can say is WOW!! Its a great game, the graphics are very cool, and the game play is awesome. It\'s like a firstperson shooter mixed with Fallout. I\'ve probably played about 10 hours and am already dreding finishing the game. They have already announced an add on so Im excited about that!! Any one else enjoying this game?

Send me the invite as I usually forget to send requests when I get home. Maybe sony will update their site to allow friend requests and messaging online, but the latter would probably require an update to change how messages are stored.

So basically Borderlands is a polished Fallout 3 type of game? I\'m on the fence and haven\'t made up my mind if I should buy it or not. Is there a demo for it on PSN?

No demo, unfortunately, becuase I think more people would like it. It\'s more first person shooter style than Fallout, however there is experience points and leveling up involved. It is a great game and visually stunning. I would definately reccomend it highly.

I guess I'll wait for the "Game of the Year Edition" and get that one instead of the game now and all it's DLC. Happened to me once with Fallout 3 and RE 5, so no more of that.

No word yet on a game of the Year edition, but I'm sure there will be one sometime in the future.
