I came across some mini game on youtube like throwing knife dodgeball, Mike myers and zombies. For all of these mini games you need quite alot of people so if you want to play add me on PSN and I'll arrange a game. Rules are below for each:

Mike Myers:

One player, Mike Myers, is on his/her own against a full team of
enemies. Mike Myers must kill everyone on the other team. The other team
can not fight back until he/she is the only person left.

Knife dodgeball:

Two teams are evenly divided and can only use throwing knives. Both
teams start opposite each other then can move around on their side. (like football)

Zombies:

4 people against the other team. The other team (zombies) can only use their knives (no commando or lightweight allowed). The 4 players are only allowed to use their usp or m9 (They cannot use any other weapon).

It's really fun and it would be great with lots of people.
