Almost bougt a Royal Edition for the game but since it's $99.99… maybe once it's down to $60 in a couple of months.

Waiting 2 months for this awesome game? Shame on you ;]

Just kidding, problem is, in a couple of months there'll be new contenders in the RPG arena: mainly The Witcher and Dragon Age 2, but also some other less exciting titles as Gothic 4, Dungeon Siege III and some others I don't really remember.

Anyway… Royal Edition looks super awesome!

Everytime I read RPG I think of turned based JRPGs… not of Fallout 3, Two Worlds or Demon's Souls. Guess it has to do with the games I grew up with on the NES/SNES and beyond.

Ya, Eden, I'm not a big turn based guy so I consider those all JRPGs lol

Agreed, turn based was fun once upon a time (chrono trigger i'm talking about you). But it did not age well.

However, Action RPGs (as they should be called) are a completely different story. And the other kind would be ??? (games like NWN and Baldurs Gate, wich are more "paper oriented" kind of RPGs) wich includes much more strategy and positioning.
