Ok, what are the differences I'm looking for? It's almost like they just turned on the flash on the camera to take one of the pics and forgot to do so in the other hahaha.

I have a post about the battery life coming up soon. It's informative. Besides the 3DS is 4-6 hours of gameplay with 3.5 hours to fully recharge.
Neither of the images above are pictures. They are Sony's rendering. There are some obvious D-pad differences to start. I believe the buttons are a tad smaller than the newer one. The OS image is much more crisp and colorful.
