just picked it up at the school library. I'm only about a quarter of the way thru but so far it's pretty good.
the basic thesis is: Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants
It's the very first thing on the first page and the book basically seems like it's just about explaining what that means and defending it. It's as edifying as any interviews you may have heard Pollan give or if you've seen Food Inc. It's just really interesting stuff
