I do think we need to come up some kind of basic Terms of Use.
That way the Blog can't be blamed for trades that go bad. Like "No Show" games, Broken games, Wrong Game, Wrong region, Games that get impounded by Customs (cough…Germany…cough)
Also some shipping info would be a nice edition eventually. Maybe carriers available and what you can do at each. (Thinking on the lines of UPS having the UPS store for easy drop off, Different USPS speeds, etc.)
