Since we now have a pop out live chat what do you think about not having a "Live Chat" in the sidebar at all and just having a graphic there instead that you click to open (pop out) the live chat?
Just thought of this because if you have the pop up live chat open, then you close the one in the sidebar then start browsing around the site you have to keep closing it or put up with the double pop notification sounds.
Ok, it's now changed over. I like the new layout much more. Also there is a way to open the live chat that's available on every page of this website (but the back end). Can you find it?
Did you like the Live Chat in the sidebar or as a pop out? Explain your reasons why too.
I like both.. the pop out for using when i'm on another program and just want the chat there, like using word, or my chiropractic program, but prefer it on the main site when I'm just browsing. I also like having it there so people who just jump in, jump out, notice we r actively talking, and might join in.. I think a lot of the regulars here stick around for the good chat..
Ok, got that done as well. Remember you can pop out the Live Chat at anytime on the site by going to "Visit" in the top right of every page and going to Live Chat
Desktop shortcut for the Chat Box
With Google Chrome you can a create desktop shortcut to any website page. The shortcut will open a bare bones version of chrome, which will display nothing but the page the shortcut is linked to. The Shortcut will use the favicon of the page as the shortcut's icon as well.
To create one open chrome > go to desired page > click chrome's wrench icon > Tools > create Application Shortcuts...
I'm using this atm to keep a shortcut on my desktop to ps3B chat box
That's pretty cool L/L! Thanks for sharing how to do that. Didn't know that about Chrome.
@Luke no not really sorry.
@Kane112 Please clear you cache and cookies. I fixed that issue.
Hey, did you ever hear back from an iPhone user? I'm not exactly sure how this is suppose to work. But, I am on an iPhone 3G and when I go the link above, the site pops up fine. Although, there is no chat anywhere. I have a screenshot. I can upload it if you're interested. It says Mobile Chat with a green mic to it but I click it and nothing happens to it. Not too sure what I'm suppose to see exactly though.
