Couldn't have said it better myself Jay. I don't think you guys realize how many giveaways we do over the course of the last couple years and all have been worldwide except for this one.

There have been several "open to the world" contests on the site but, as Jay has said, when a publisher is the one giving away the game they do so in the territory at which they'll release it.

out of all the contests and giveaways we've had, this is the fisrt to be restricted to a specific region, and that's mainly because the developer is providing us with the game instead of us funding it ourselves (and since it will be an ESRB-rated game, and the dev is providing it, it has to stay in ESRB-rating...

The last giveaway, Nail'd, is restricted to North American members only. That's saddening. And I hope it won't always be like that.
