Go there add it to your signature, you can get the trophy code from the official PlayStation site.
For some reason I cannot log onto Playstation website it keeps saying its under maintenance. It has been doing that since the shut down of PSN.

I've been trying to figure out how to get that card for forums, but hte link just takes me to my trophy lis tpage where do you go

this post helped a lot. I wasnt trying to do the same thing as the original poster…I just wanted to edit some settings and i just couldnt fnd this page.
