I normally shop at Smith’s Food and Drug. Our last shopping trip we went to the Whole Foods Market. I was expecting it to be more money wise than, but actually it was about the same, maybe even less.

Plus the food is better for you. So from this point forward all food shopping will be made at Whole Foods Market. My wife did get her vegetable broth at Smiths since she likes their version more. But other than that all food was bought at the Whole Foods Market.

Dude whole foods is awesome.. there is only one even close to me and its about 25mins away. The rason is there are a couple chains similar here called Henrys or Sprouts, but still whole foods is the best. Trader Joes has some great stuff too.
