Firefly is great sci-fi series by writer and director Joss Whedon, which stars Nathan Fillion and Summer Glau, that aired on Fox for only 11 episodes, but now has a cult following. Was definitely a good show and led into the movie Serenity, which is also available on Netflix.

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo was a pretty good film, but was pretty drawn out and slow at times. The two sequels are also on Netflix but I haven’t given them a watch yet. There is also an American version in production.
