Sorry I’m late this week with this post. This Saturday the Twilight Fans can get the latest in the saga called New Moon. I actually watched Ninja Assasin in the theaters, it was ok. Astro Boy is out this week too, I passed on this in the theaters and I’ll pass on renting it too. Doesn’t interest me at all. Anything for you this week?

Here are the Blu-ray titles for this week. Highlights are: The Twilight Saga: New Moon, The Princess and The Frog, Ninja Assasin, Astro Boy, The Fourth Kind, Did You Hear About the Morgans?, Armored, South Park: The Complete Thirteenth Season.

I didn’t get a chance to post the Blu-ray releases last Monday with all the craziness going on. If your a fan of anime or Studio Ghibli you should really check out Ponyo. The animation is 100% hand drawn, it’s visually amazing and the story is good too. The movie 2012 is a good disaster flick, story is so so, but the special effects are great. After hearing good things about “Where the Wild Things Are” I choose to watch it. Honestly I didn’t like it, the movie could have been 1 hour shorter in my opinion. But that’s just me, I know a lot of others liked it. I really liked the first Boondock Saints, but I never got around to watching the 2nd one. Was it any good?

Highlights are: 2012, Where the Wild Things Are, Ponyo, The Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day, Evangelion: 1.11 You Are Not Alone, Up in the Air, The Neverending Story, Ninja, Eureka Seven: Good Night, Sleep Tight, Young Lovers, Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn Vol. 1.

Sorry I forget to post last weeks Blu-ray releases, slipped my mind. Here is the list though. I haven’t seen any of these movies, so I can’t really comment on them. I have seen bits and pieces of The Universe from the history channel. It’s pretty interesting. Anything for you this week?

Some new movie releases, a anime about the game Dante’s Inferno. Then a old Schwarzenegger movie. Not much going on this week. Anything for you this time?

I enjoyed the first Ong Bak (which is also out this week on Blu-ray), but haven’t got a chance to see the second one. Was it any good? I’ve heard good things about Zombieland as well. Then another animated Hulk movie from Marvel Comics. I hope they make another Wolverine one. I actually liked that one. That remind me, anyone know when this Anime Wolverine is coming out?

If your a Michael Jackson fan the film “This Is It” is out on Blu-ray today. Love or hate him, he was a great performer. I caught bits and pieces of WWII in HD on the History Channel when that was on, pretty interesting. I really enjoyed the Surrogates as well. Anything for you this week?
