Former Guerrilla Games Co-Founders Form New Studio
Vanguard Entertainment has been formed by the two original co-founders of Guerilla Games, Martin de Ronde and Michiel Mol.
This studio is a merger of production company Karami and PSN/XBLA developer W! Games. de Ronde and Mol want the studio to work between the social and traditional console gaming spaces.

Guerilla Games has revealed more details about the exciting multiplayer component of Killzone 3.
Killzone 3 will be release on February 2011, exclusively for the PS3.

Killzone 3 beta site now live

It looks like Sony’s on track for a Killzone 3 beta. They’ve already launched a teaser site for it.
The site can be accessed here, but it seems that all you can do so far is sign in. The timing of the site’s launch raises hopes for a beta announcement at Gamescom next week, though.
Killzone 3 launches in February 2011, exclusively on PS3.

Guerrilla Working on New IP

Killzone 3 is still a long way from launch, but Guerrilla Games already has something else baking in the oven.
The studio’s managing director, Herman Hulst, revealed in an interview with Dutch game mag Control that they are now in the planning stages for a new IP. Said Hulst, Guerrilla invited its own employee base for concept pitches, something which is apparently “typical” of Dutch-based studios.
Development on the new title is expected to ramp up once Killzone 3 meets its planned February 2011 launch.
