PSN Terms of Service Sept. 15, 2011 | Waiver of Right to Class Action Lawsuit

So be honest: Did you actually read the new Terms of Service agreement that was posted in advance of Firmware update 3.72 several days ago? I’ll admit it—I didn’t! I scroll right through those things like a chump. The faster I can get to the “Accept” button, the faster I can reconnect to PSN and regain access to online gaming, the PSN store, Netflix streaming, etc. Perhaps I was overhasty on this occasion, as Sony included a rather surprising clause in the latest TOS, acceptance of which waives my right ever to join a class action lawsuit against the corporation. Dark Souls early players beware

From Software has a unique way of saying “you shouldnt be online yet”. Players who have obtained a copy before the street release date are constantly being invaded by overpowered Black phantoms courtesy of From Software. 19,000 HP on a Black Phantom is always good news!

Good to see you again listeners. We’ve got a fun, and long, podcast for you this week featuring yours truly along with Tosh, FooBear, Ace, and a special surprise guest at the end! Tune in a listen to us discuss a lot of Dead Island, as well as some gaming news from the past week.
So we started a new way to earn points by listening to the podcast. Below you will see a submission window, and what that’s for is the secret word that we mention in the podcast. When you hear it, just enter it into the window below (it’s not case sensitive) and the first 10 people to do so will get 150 points! Then everyone after that will get 75 points. This will be an on going thing, and perhaps I’ll do something in the future where I’ll do some sort of Dark Side of the Moon subliminal word that you’ll have to be on the look out for and get even more points!

Remember how Bioshock Infinite will include a free copy of Bioshock in the same Bluray? Well, now Assassin’s Creed Revelations is doing the same as it will include a free copy of the first Assassin’s Creed for no extra charge thanks to the extra space provided by Bluray! Will this make it easier for you to purchase Revelations? Free is free and free is great! Only the first print run for the game will include this bonus so be sure to pre-order here!
