Rockstar has released yet another batch of screenshots, bringing the total new shots this week to 10. This leads me to believe that Rockstar is gearing up the media hype train and will begin releasing more trailers very soon. This suggests that the title could release in early 2013, given how Rockstar Games usually keeps media close to its chest until its release is only a few months away.
The images include a car transport/flatbed with a male character hanging off the side (and the transport has a car sitting in the back), a police chase with an exotic (there’s also a helicopter with a sniper aiming out of the side door), a very sweet picture of a red biplane in the mountainous region, and a night time shot with a man aiming his rifle at a police chopper who’s shining its spotlight on said man. To be honest with you, the more I see of this game, the more excited I get. I mean, like how excited I used to get with these games.
Early this morning, Rockstar Games released three new GTAV screenshots, one showing a racing bike, another showing the newest version of the Cheetah, and a final one showing off a fighter jet. This at least confirms the return of two vehicle types present in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Nothing else has been released, but be sure to stay tuned to PS3Blog.net for more news on GTAV.
Here is the trailer for the Local Justice Pack, the first Max Payne 3 downloadable content pack that will be available on July 3rd. This pack includes three new maps for Max Payne 3 Multiplayer featuring areas from the game’s intense final chapters, plus a new weapon, a new item, a new multiplayer faction and more.
The Local Justice Pack will be available during launch week for a discounted price and of course all Rockstar Pass holders will receive this pack free of charge.
I am currently loving this game, except for the long load times in mulitplayer. Anyone else playing it?
Here is the just released Multiplayer Gameplay Part Two, the second video in Rock Star’s two-part series showcasing Max Payne 3′s Multiplayer. It looks like a lot of fun to me, and I’ll definitely be picking this up.
Max Payne 3 Multiplayer incorporates the gritty storytelling and intense gunplay the Max Payne games are famous for into an epic online experience. Featuring modes like Gang Wars, where events from the single-player game are used as narrative starting points for the matches and the outcome of each fight drives the dynamically shifting storyline, plus features like Vendettas, Bursts and the ability to join Crews, see it all in action in high def and check out more from Max Payne 3 at www.rockstargames.com/maxpayne3.
Rockstar Games just released the first video in a special two-part series unveiling Max Payne 3 Multiplayer. I must say, it looks pretty good. What do you think?
“In the video above, see how Max Payne 3 Multiplayer brings the franchise’s combination of highly responsive and cinematic shooting action to the realm of online multiplayer across a range of game modes, the implementation of Max’s signature Bullet Time special ability and how we utilized the third-person perspective – allowing players to connect with a character they can see while still retaining full fluid control during gunplay.”
Stay tuned, as Rockstar has promised to release more goodies in the next couple days.
