PlayStation Motion Controller in Action | LittleBigPlanet & Resident Evil 5
Posted by Tosh in LittleBigPlanet, PlayStation Eye, PlayStation Motion, Resident Evil 5, Tokyo Game Show on September 25th, 2009
Finally some videos of the motion controller being used in a real game. Sorry I don’t know what they are saying. Looks like a interesting way to use it in LittleBigPlanet. On Resident Evil 5, you have to hold a Dual Shock 3 in addition to the motion controller. I tried this myself at home but used a remote in place of the motion controller and it felt ok. But I wouldn’t be surprised to see a Sony version of the Wii nunchuk

Plenty of good stuff this week and lots of Tokyo Game Show videos on the Japanese Store. If you didn’t try Ninja Gaiden Σ2 yet, it’s available on the Europe PS Store now and I would assume the USA store later today. The Lost Planet 2 demo is also available. Anything interest you this week?

TGS 2009: More Playstation Motion Controller Details and Supported Games
Posted by Tosh in PS3, PS3 Slim, PlayStation Eye, PlayStation Motion, Tokyo Game Show on September 24th, 2009
It nice that they are incorporating the PlayStation Eye instead of having us buy a new PlayStation Eye. What do you think of the final design? I’m sure that it may change a little before release though. Here are some more photos of the PlayStation Motion Controller from the Press Event last night. No video just yet.

TGS 2009: The Last Guardian: Behind the Scenes and Trailer
Posted by JimmyMagnum in The Last Guardian, Tokyo Game Show on September 23rd, 2009
This video was shown at the end of the White Knight Chronicles media event. I’m still unsure of what the gameplay is actually like, but looking back on their previous games, it won’t be anything short of jaw dropping.
Remember when the Shadow of the Colossus demo came out and a lot of us got it in the mail (being signed up for the PlayStation Underground) and you came across that first colossi? It literally took my breath away. It was definitely one of the gems of the PS2 era, and also managed to get the Greatest Hits status in the process. If you ever get the chance, be sure to check it out.
The Official Blog will have an interview with Team ICO Director and Game Designer Fumito Ueda sometime soon, and as soon as that pops up, we’ll get it on here for you guys (and gals).

Pre Tokyo Game Show Rumors
Posted by fleakitten in QuickNews on September 22nd, 2009
It’s just two days until 2009’s TGS kicks off and the rumors about what gamers can expect this year are bubbling. Besides Konami’s 5 mystery titles that are set to be revealed this week, Sony is keeping the lid on 3 PS3 titles of their own. According to PlayStation University Sony’s mystery titles are none other than; Grandia 4, Ar Tonelico 3 and Legend of Dragoon 2.
