MAG Adds Move Support, New Beta Coming Next Week

mag2Zipper Interactive joins the PlayStation Move bandwagon as it announces Move support for its massively-multiplayer first-person-shooter, MAG. According to a post on the PlayStation blog,

“Later this Autumn MAG will offer full compatibility with the PlayStation Move. This added support means that users have another way to experience the most ambitious first-person shooter out there. Pinpoint accuracy and easy access to all of the game’s mechanics ensure that players of any type — be they hardened veterans or new recruits — can enjoy a shooting experience unlike any other.”

But that’s not all folks, Zipper also revealed an all-new beta program for existing MAG owners to test out before they will be introduce to the public. Available starting August 24th, it will include:

Zipper Interactive: SOCOM 4 supports both Move and DualShock


When SOCOM 4 was first announced at last years GDC, a lot of skeptics and fans alike ponder to the fact that the game will support the upcoming PlayStation Move motion controller.
