According to 1up.com, EGM will have the lowdown on the first Ratchet & Clank game to appear on the PS3 in next month’s issue:

Insomniac Games has turned their teasing attention to the next Ratchet & Clank game, which will fall, as per usual with the franchise, exclusively on PlayStation 3. But, when can we have a look at it? Sooner than you think, actually; on the EGM Live!* podcast, the crew confirmed they’d have the next-generation sequel in their pages next month.

And not just a lame teaser, either. Screens. Details. The whole deal, man. Check back for more soon, but in the meantime, Ratchet and Clank: Size Matters ships on PSP next week.

I’m a huge fan of the Ratchet and Clank games, as is my girlfriend, so I can’t wait to see what Insomniac can do with the series on PS3. The hard part is going to be keeping Ratchet & Clank on the PS3 to myself. 😐

I wonder what crazy weapons they will come up with this time.
