Sony has shared the official North American launch line up for the PS Vita. The new portable system will hit retail in the US and Canada on February 22nd packed with 25 games to choose from. Many titles will be available via retail and PSN while others, like The Escape Plan, will be downloadable only. Prices for PS Vita software will range from $9.99 to $39.99.

Memory cards and other system accessories will be sold separately. You can pick up the Starter Kit for $39.99 which includes a 4GB Memory Card, Pocket Pouch, Protective Film, Card Case, Headphones, and Cleaning Cloth. The Starter kit goes on sale on February 15th.
