The day has finally come! The hit game Minecraft is finally releasing on the PS3 tomorrow in North America.

Notch has stated before that it would not be coming to other consoles, but I guess that has all changed. Between the Xbox, Pocket, and PC version, I have definitely played this game for over 200 hours, so this is for sure a day one buy for me.

Also this is perfect Game Night material so I hope to see many of those in Minecraft. You’ll also be happy to hear that the PS3 version will be up to date with the Xbox version, although no bigger map is kind of disappointing. 4J studios, the same development team behind the Xbox version has uploaded a short trailer you can watch above.
