BIT.TRIP Presents… Runner2: Future Legend of Rhythm Alien is an awesome take on the endless runner, removing the endless part and turning it into fun goal orientated levels which you kick, slide, and jump your way through. One of my favorite games for the Vita that I can always come back to for some fun.

Initially it was a very hard game for me, but as you get better everything seems to click. Also be sure to wear headphones to maximize your musical enjoyment, which will also help as the music cues the things you do in the levels.

There are several awesome characters you can unlock along with really cool costumes for all of them. Spend some time unlocking those unique costumes since it’s definitely worth it! There’s also a DLC pack for the game that adds characters from other indie games, so if you have a few extra bucks on your wallet, be sure to get this DLC pack.

It’s been a while since we have had something from Choice Provisions (formerly Gaijin Games). I hope they are working on a sequel or a completely new addition to the BIT.TRIP series since every game in the series is awesome.
