Electronics Puzzle Lab from eastasiasoft and Sagitta Studios is an educational 3D puzzle experience on PlayStation 5. You’ll be taking on dozens of brainteasing circuitry puzzles as you inspect boards and make adjustments as needed. You’ll know you’re on the right track when you see that the LED lights are powered up. As you use wires to connect switches and other components, you’ll trace the path of the current to solve the current puzzle.

Electronics Puzzle Lab Review - 1

How will you be taking on this game? You’ll move a cursor around the screen as you interact with components by pressing the Square button. The further you progress, the more elements you’ll need to use. Batteries, switches, NOT gates, OR gates, capacitors, and slide switches will need to be considered. As you play on later levels, you must avoid activating blue LEDs. Why? Because they’re bad. You’ll be ranked in one of four tiers depending on how fast you are at completing a puzzle.

This one has a full trophy list with a Platinum trophy for you to add to your collection. Since it’s a Cross-Buy release, if you own a PlayStation 5 console, you can download both the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 versions of the game, and each one will have its own trophy list. Each list will be split into 2 Gold trophies, 10 Silver trophies, and 8 Gold trophies. Some of the objectives to complete include starting the first level, reaching levels 10, 55, 60, and 70, and using the different components needed to complete puzzles, such as the buzzer, NOT gate, OR gate, jumper, or capacitor.

Electronics Puzzle Lab Review - 3

Electronics Puzzle Lab is an educational 3D puzzle experience. You’ll be tasked with flicking switches and using different gates and other components to turn on red LED lights while making sure you don’t turn on blue LED lights. The first 25 levels or so in the game will be very easy to solve, and it won’t be until level 26 that you will pause for a second or two as you find the course of action. Electronics Puzzle Lab is available as a Cross-Buy title, so your $4.99 purchase will allow you to download both the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 versions of the game at no extra cost.
