Power Sink from Winterwire Games is a logic-based puzzler set in the ruins of a submerged power plant. Things didn’t use to be as bleak. Life once thrived in the underwater colony until one day, when everything went dark. You’ll be taking on the role of the Diver. Your task? To dive into the depths to restore power and reconnect everything as you fix the different circuits you’ll find. The puzzles you’ll have to solve are circuits that must be completed by interacting with the different components. You’ll be guided by the Veteran, the Professor, the Pupil, and the Archivist, who will communicate with you as you work on this mission.

Since the game is a 3D puzzler, you’ll be taking control of the Diver by using the left analog stick as you use the right analog stick to move the camera as needed. Jump by pressing the A button. Interact by pressing the X button. This is how you’ll activate switches to connect the circuits. Grab objects by pressing the Y button and drop them by pressing the Y button. Activate the emergency power source on each platform and make your way back to the tram so that you can continue to the next level.

Given the game’s nature, there will be a lot of trial and error as you try to find the right solution for each puzzle, so you should make the most of the checkpoints. Some levels will feature more than one checkpoint, so be sure to activate them as needed so that you can respawn if you make a mistake. Power Sink is out on Nintendo Switch with a $14.99 price tag.
