Pyramid Quest 2 from EntwicklerX is an exploration and treasure-hunting arcade-style platformer inspired by the old-school classics in the genre. For this 2.5D adventure, your task is simple and to the point: explore a pyramid hidden deep in the jungle and collect three parts of an ancient artifact, so that you can open the game that will allow you to exit. Once that’s been taken care of, you’ll need to do it all over again in the next level. And then the next level. Oh, and you might want to grab yourself some coins and gems along the way. You’ll need to avoid obstacles, enemies, and traps as you take on the 36 levels that the game has to offer.

 

You’ll be taking control of your character by using the left analog stick or the D-Pad, jumping by pressing the B button. The longer you hold the B button for, the longer your jump will be. If you collect a sword, you can throw it by pressing the A button to defeat an enemy. Each sword can only be thrown once, so be sure to keep that in mind!

If you want to 100% the game, then you’re going to have to collect all gems and coins in each level that you play through while also collecting the aforementioned artifact pieces. That way, you’ll get a three-star rating for each level. Pyramid Quest 2 is out on Nintendo Switch with a $7.99 price tag.
